Manga author... me! 僕がマンガ作者!

Perhaps some of you remember that I've been writing a fictional story for a few years.
But I thought it might make great graphic novel.

A manga to be precise.

おそらく、この数年フィクションの話を書いているのを覚えている人もいるかもしれません。

グラフィックな小説にピッタリって思ってたんですが。

You might say, 'So what, everyone else is too these days. Big deal.'

'And Richard, you don't really read manga either.'

「それで？みんな小説くらい書いてるよ。どうってことない」というかもしれません。

「それに、リチャード、マンガなんて読めないでしょう？」

Ahh, but that's where I've got news for you.

いやいやいや、そう言うあなたに、お知らせです。

I have actually signed a contract with a manga publisher in Japan!
Yep. It's true. I am a manga author.

実は、日本の漫画の出版社と契約したんです。
ええ、本当ですよ。僕はマンガ作者です。

Soon the editor will come on board.
By April the Japanese artist will be scribbling away following my directions, creating a new world of wonder and mystery.

もうすぐ編集者が参加します。

４月までに日本の漫画家が僕の説明に従って走り書きを始めます。

驚きと神秘の新しい世界を作り出すのです。
