Professional Karate League PKL プロ空手リーグ

Here's a great video of the Professional Karate League's 6th tournament in the Ukraine. Some top WKF kumite fighters participated and Rafael Aghayev took first place.

I'd be interested to learn more about this concept and see if it gets applied in other countries.
