Last Sunday was the Entrance Ceremony for new kindergarten students. I've been teaching Karate there for 6 years now every Tuesday afternoon. Also I teach English every Monday afternoon. Kindergarten classes are a highlight of my day. It is really special to see the students at 3 years old begin to learn how to just stand and punch, then by 6 years old they can do high kicks, a variety of footwork and most importantly understand the etiquette of Karate.先週の日曜日は入園式でした。毎週火曜日の午後、僕が成立学園の附属幼稚園で空手を教えて早６年になります。また、毎週月曜日の午後に英語も教えています。幼稚園の空手教室と英語教室は僕の一日のハイライトです。３歳で立ち方や突きのやり方を覚え始める生徒の様子を見るのはとても特別な気がします。その子達が、6歳ではハイキックやさまざまなフットワークをしだしたり、そして最も重要なことに、空手のエチケットを理解するのですから。
